Sessions
Dates go on Facebook first
Our Facebook page is where we post as soon as something is set. Or send us a message and we will tell you what is coming up. Somebody reads every one.
How to join a session.
-
Find something that fits
Check the calendar above, or ask us. If you are not sure what you want, say that. It is a completely normal place to start.
-
Tell us you're coming
Creative workshops and horsemanship lessons need pre-registration, and costs apply. For the support group, get in touch and we will tell you when the next one meets.

Turn up
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring. If walking into a room that has already started is the hard part, come a few minutes early and settle in first.
These groups and activities are not therapy
Nathaniel's House offers peer support: people with lived experience of grief, sitting with each other. We are not clinicians, we do not offer treatment or medical advice, and nothing here replaces care from a doctor or a licensed therapist.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 at any hour. See our grief resources for other places to turn.
