For when words aren't working.
Creative expression can offer a gentle path toward healing. Our painting and craft workshops are designed as a safe, welcoming space for individuals of all ages and all abilities to process emotions.
Creative expression can offer a gentle path toward healing. Designed as a safe welcoming space for individuals of all ages, and all abilities to process emotions, find comfort and reconnect with themselves through the power of creativity.
Grief is not always a talking problem. Sometimes the most useful thing in the room is a brush, a blank canvas, and two hours where nobody asks you how you are doing.
Classes and workshops offer creative activities allowing for alternate ways to process emotions in a supportive environment that supports healing and peace. You do not need to be able to paint. Nobody here can paint. That is not what it is for, and everyone leaves with something they made.
Sessions are designed for people of all ages and all abilities. Young people are welcome with a parent or guardian, and we have had whole families come together.
